ICE Barcelona 2026 Agenda Highlights

ICE Barcelona 2026 features a rich 3-day schedule full of exhibitions, conferences, esports tournaments, roundtables, and high-value networking. With so much happening across multiple halls and stages, we’ve distilled the essentials so you know exactly what to expect – and which sessions you won’t want to miss.

Below is a curated breakdown of Pre-Event Welcome Activities, plus Day 1-3 highlights

18 January 2026 - Welcome Events

ICE Barcelona really kicks off on 18 January with a focus on connection, not content. The ICE Welcome Drinks and the World Gaming Gala will take place between 18:00 and 23:00. This is the night where people loosen up, shake hands, and start the conversations that will shape the rest of the week. If you want to line up meetings before the expo even opens, you need to be here.

19 January 2026 - ICE Exhibition Day 1

Day 1 will start at 10:00, and the final activities will end at 17:30.

This is where the pace ramps up fast. The exhibition floor opens, the big-picture keynotes set the tone, and regulatory and leadership tracks dig into the issues that will define gaming in 2026 and beyond. It’s the day to get your bearings, walk the floor, and lock in the sessions most relevant to your roadmap.

The day will be segmented into 3 main conference topics:

  • WGF Keynotes & World Regulatory Briefing (CC5.1)
  • Innovating Lotteries Conference (CC5.2)
  • Casino & Leaders Conference (CC4.1)

They will cover a wide range of topics, from regulatory issues in the industry to the latest trends in the iGaming industry.

20 January 2026 - ICE Exhibition Day 2

Day 2 will also begin at 10:00 and finish at 17:30.

Here is where strategy meets innovation. The exhibition stays busy, while the conference tracks go deeper into sports betting, esports, data, and AI. If you’re focused on product, marketing, or market expansion, this is the day you’ll want your schedule carefully planned out.

Day 2 will feature even more interesting content and will be segmented into these 4 topics:

  • WGF Keynotes & World Regulatory Briefing (CC5.1, CC4.2, CC4.3, and CC4.4)
  • Sport Leaders Conference (CC4.1)
  • Esports Betting Conference (CC4.1 and CC5.1)
  • iGaming Customer Journey Workshop (CC5.2)

This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about how in-play betting, AI and widgets are affecting the Esports and sports betting industry.

21 January 2026 - ICE Exhibition Day 3

Activities on Day 3 will open at 10:00 and wrap up at 12:30.

The final day is all about wrapping up deals, locking in partnerships, and squeezing the most value out of your remaining time on-site. The sessions lean heavily into security, integrity, and high-growth regions, while the exhibition floor gives you one last chance to reconnect with anyone you missed.

On the final day, attendees will have the opportunity to expand and test their practical knowledge through these 3 workshops:

  • Cybercrime & Fraud Workshop (CC4.1)
  • Entering New Markets Workshop (CC5.1)
  • Safer Gaming Workshop (CC5.2)

These workshops will cover the latest industry problems, such as how to stay ahead of fraudsters taking advantage of promotions and incentives, as well as how to grow one’s playbook in emerging markets like LATAM, Nigeria and Cameroon.
